She even met us after hours at 7pm with the lease and keys so we could move into our home that day. She also gave us advice/information on the closest grocery stores, best restaurants, the schools, and the neighborhood. When the maintenance man came the next morning to do our walk-through he took pictures and documented every little thing we pointed out (he even caught some we didn’t). He also gave us tips on keeping the house cool and on maintaining the new flooring. I was so pleased with how easy it was to rent a home from them!
